Nursing Council of Kenya
IAT is accredited by the Nursing Council of Kenya to train nurses. Nursing programmes are delivered in line with Council standards for curriculum, clinical practice, and professional readiness.
Clinical Officers Council
IAT is accredited by the Clinical Officers Council to train clinical officers. This recognition supports pathways that prepare learners for competent, ethical clinical practice under Council requirements.

Students are required to treat every patient with dignity and professionalism at all times during clinical placement.
Strict adherence to infection prevention and control protocols is a core requirement across all clinical training.

Clinical training facilities
Equipped with hospital beds, manikins, and clinical trolley sets for practising vital signs, injections, wound care, and patient handling.
Spaces for supervised practice of patient assessment, care procedures, and clinical documentation before hospital attachment.
A controlled environment for learning gowning, gloving, instrument identification, and sterile field preparation.
